Get Ready for the 2025 Youth Baseball Season!

Spring is in the air, and that means it’s time to gear up for the Keeseville Youth Commission’s Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball season! Whether your child is swinging for the fences or just learning the basics, we’re excited to kick off another fun-filled season of youth sports in our community. Here’s everything you need to know about sign-ups and what’s coming up for 2025.

Registration for Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball is officially underway! To get your child signed up, simply fill out the Google Form linked below:

Hurry—the deadline to register is Sunday, April 20th, 2025, so don’t wait until the last pitch to get your spot!

Season Details

Here’s a quick rundown of what to expect this year:

• Official Start Date: The season begins on May 1st, 2025.
• Practices: These will start on or after May 1st, depending on your coach’s schedule. The parent or guardian listed on the sign-up form will be contacted directly by a coach with practice details.
• Game Schedule: Games will run from June 9th to July 19th, 2025. Official schedules will be released by the county on May 23rd, 2025.
• T-Ball Note: T-Ball takes place later in the summer and follows a separate schedule from baseball and softball, giving our littlest players their own time to shine.

Calling All Coaches, Umpires, and Volunteers!

Our youth sports programs thrive because of the amazing volunteers who step up to coach, officiate, and lend a hand. We’re looking for:

• Coaches: Whether you’ve coached before or want to try it out, we’d love to have you! Assistant coaches and field volunteers are also welcome.
• Umpires: Interested in a paid gig? The Clinton County Youth Bureau offers umpire training starting in May for anyone 14 and older. It’s a fantastic opportunity for teens to earn some cash while learning valuable skills. Check their website for more details.

No matter how busy life gets, every little bit of help makes a difference. Without our volunteers, these programs wouldn’t be possible—so let us know if you’d like to get involved!
