Join Us for a Community Clean-Up Day in Ausable and Chesterfield!

Hey, Ausable residents! Spring is in full swing, and it’s the perfect time to come together and spruce up our beautiful towns. Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9 AM to 11 AM, because we’re hosting a community litter pick-up event—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

What’s Happening?

We’re teaming up with the Town of Chesterfield to clean up litter along our streets, roads, and public areas. It’s a chance to make our community shine while enjoying some fresh air and good company. Whether you’re flying solo or bringing a crew—friends, family, or neighbors—everyone is welcome to pitch in.

Where and When?

Kick things off by checking in at the Keeseville Fire Station starting at 9 AM. From there, we’ll send you to your assigned area with all the gear you’ll need—bags, safety vests, and simple instructions. It’s easy, fun, and a great way to give back.

Why Get Involved?

Besides the feel-good vibes of helping out, there’s a little bonus for volunteers: free tree seedlings! Yep, you’ll get to take home a piece of nature to plant and enjoy. Plus, you’ll be part of a joint effort by the Ausable Valley Grange No. 973, Good Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, and Keeseville Volunteer Fire Department—local groups who care about keeping our towns clean and green.
