This weekend brings a special opportunity to celebrate the creative talent right here in our community. On Saturday, August 22, 2026, the Hamlet of Keeseville is hosting its Local Author Book Fair at the Keeseville Civic Center.
From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 1790 Main Street, local self-published authors will be on hand sharing their work. Whether you’re drawn to Adirondack adventures, Champlain Valley stories, North Country tales, or voices from our own community, this one-day event invites you to discover books you might never have known existed.
Stop by to meet the writers behind these unique stories, browse their titles, and support the people who call the Ausable region home. Every story starts somewhere local—and many of those stories are being written by your neighbors.
