We’re excited to share an important opportunity to safely dispose of household hazardous waste at the upcoming Schuyler Falls Convenience Station Hazardous Waste Day! Mark your calendars for this one-day event, designed to help keep our community clean and safe.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 6th
• Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Location: Schuyler Falls Convenience Station, 35 Sand Road, Morrisonville, NY

This event is a great chance to properly dispose of hazardous materials like old paints, cleaners, pesticides, and other items that shouldn’t go in your regular trash. By participating, you’re helping protect our environment and ensuring these materials are handled responsibly.

What to Bring:

• Household hazardous waste (e.g., oil-based paints, solvents, chemicals, fluorescent bulbs)
• Check with the Convenience Station, or see flyer below, for a full list of accepted items to ensure you’re prepared.

• Arrive between 9 AM and 3 PM to drop off your materials.
