Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of AuSable at a regular meeting of the Town Board at the Town Hall, 1790 Main Street, Keeseville, New York, on the twelfth day of August 2026 at 5:45 PM, concerning the passage of proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2026, entitled “Town of AuSable Sidewalk Construction and Maintenance Law”. A full copy of said local law is available for review at the Town Hall. At such time and place, all people interested in the subject thereof will be heard concerning the same.
